At Kiwi Superfoods, we manufacture our products right here in New Zealand. That means your order doesn't sit around waiting for stock to arrive — it's packed and dispatched quickly so you can start enjoying the benefits as soon as possible.
Orders placed before 1:00pm NZST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Most New Zealand orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local courier services. Rural delivery orders may take longer to be delivered.

All New Zealand orders are sent via courier and do not require a signature unless specifically requested.

International deliveries typically arrive within 5–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local courier networks.
All international orders are sent using tracked courier services where available.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with their country's import regulations.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of Kiwi Superfoods' control.
Kiwi Superfoods is not responsible for orders delayed, held, refused, or confiscated by customs or other government agencies.
If an international parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal to pay customs charges, or any other circumstance outside our control, we will refund the value of the products returned to us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued once the products have been received back by us and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched where a tracked shipping service has been selected.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed or dispatched.
