Returns Policy & Shipping
FULL REFUNDS - If it's unopened and within 30 days of purchase you can send it back and get a full refund. It's as easy as that.
Your item must simply be unopened and in the same condition that you received it and once it's back in our hands we'll give you your money back.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, (it may take a couple of days for the refund to come through and appear in your account).
If you would like a refund or to exchange a defective or damaged item please contact us at email@example.com and we'll help you out.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 36, Amberley 7441, New Zealand
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item however if it's an exchange, we'll cover the costs of getting the new product to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Deliveries within New Zealand will be between 1 and 2 working days.
International deliveries will be between 6 and 10 working days.
